Careers & Vacancies

Residential Support Workers

The most important quality we look for is a desire to bring about a positive change in the lives of children.

You will be required to create a safe environment for each child, as well as encouraging and supporting them to get the most out of their education, hobbies, and family or social relationships.

Family meals are cooked and shared every day, and there are domestic tasks to create a homely environment.

You need to be able to engage with children, guiding them and acting as a positive role model.

It can be challenging at times, but thorough training is provided and there is always support from the home’s staff and management team.

Senior Residential Support Workers

Not only will you need to be an inspiring role model for children, but you will need to  demonstrate leadership for your colleagues.

Seniors will be responsible for leading shifts, delegating tasks and completing paperwork.

We are looking for experienced staff who have the knowledge and qualifications to demonstrate their commitment to providing the highest quality care to the children and young people in our homes.

Deputy Managers

Arguably one of the most diverse roles in our children’s homes.

As a Deputy you will need to be as effective at caring for children as you are at supporting with paperwork and taking more strategic view of the home in order to support the homes manager. You will assist in overseeing, instructing and guiding the staff team.

Deputies will work shifts in the home, as well as undertaking administrative and paperwork tasks. This could include planning rotas, completing staff supervisions, assisting in recruitment or the assessment of referrals for new children.

A real willingness to get stuck in, and be instrumental in all aspects of the home life is really important.

Registered Homes Managers

You will be steering the home to meet our mission statement by ensuring the children have opportunities for education as well as enjoyment. They should feel safe, and encouraged to develop caring relationships. Together we want to achieve exceptional outcomes for children.

In order to do this you will be recruiting, developing and coaching the staff team. You will be assessing and arranging appropriate referrals for new children.

You will need to be a great communicator, connecting with young people and their families, the staff team, the wider company as well as key external stake holders in education, local authorities and social care.

You will take overall responsibility for the home’s operation, as well as the care and therapy for our children.

We provide development and training opportunities, as well as mentoring and support from Regional and Operations Management.
