At Total Care Matters Ltd, we are fully committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, and all forms of exploitation. We understand that protecting human rights and promoting fairness is fundamental to the values that underpin our work with children, young people, and our wider communities.
We are dedicated to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place within our organisation or our supply chains. This commitment extends to all aspects of our operations — from recruitment and employment practices to procurement, partnerships, and service delivery.
Our policies and procedures are designed to promote transparency, accountability, and respect. We carefully vet suppliers, contractors, and business partners to ensure they share our standards and comply with applicable laws and ethical guidelines. All staff receive guidance and support to help them recognise and report any concerns related to exploitation or unethical practices.
We continuously review and strengthen our internal processes to identify and mitigate potential risks of modern slavery. This includes monitoring our supply chains, maintaining robust whistleblowing procedures, and fostering a culture where everyone feels empowered to speak up if they suspect wrongdoing.
Total Care Matters remains committed to continuous improvement in this area. We will review and update this statement annually to ensure it reflects our ongoing efforts to safeguard individuals and uphold human rights across our operations.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Total Care Matters Ltd’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2025.
