Farm View Achieves Good in All Areas
We would like to extend a huge congratulations to the team at Farm View for achieving a Good rating in all areas during their recent Ofsted inspection.
This is a fantastic achievement, especially considering the challenges the home has faced since December. The last few months have not been easy, but through resilience, teamwork, and dedication, the team has worked incredibly hard to overcome obstacles and continue providing excellent care and support to the young people in their home.
There have been many lessons learned along the way, and we would like to thank every member of the team for pulling together, supporting one another, and remaining focused on achieving the best possible outcomes. This inspection result is a testament to your hard work and commitment

Welcome to the Team, Melissa!
We are delighted to officially welcome Melissa Blockley to the TCM family.
Having worked alongside TCM in a consultancy capacity for the past few years, Melissa now joins us as our DDP Practitioner, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and insight to our teams.
Melissa is supporting our journey towards becoming DDP-accredited alongside Emily, and we are excited about the positive impact this will continue to have across TCM.

Celebrating Kingsley's 10-Year Milestone!
A huge congratulations to Kingsley at Fair View, who celebrated 10 years with TCM this May!
Over the past decade, Kingsley has made a lasting difference to the lives of many young people and has consistently gone above and beyond in his role. Known for his positive attitude and welcoming nature, he is a valued member of the TCM family and a fantastic support to both colleagues and young people alike.

Stepping into Management!
A big well done to Katholiki, Lucy, Molly, Elishah, Charlene, Ellie, and Stanley for taking part in our Stepping into Management Workshops.
Delivered by Shaun, Becky, and Emily, these sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership skills, learn from experienced professionals, and gain valuable knowledge to support future career progression.
Thank you all for your enthusiasm, commitment, and willingness to invest in your own development. We look forward to seeing you continue to grow and progress in your careers.

Voices Of Care
Celebrating Your Journey and New Beginnings!
Over the past two months, we have said goodbye to two of our young people as they reached the milestone of turning 18 and moved on to begin the next chapter of their lives.
While it is never easy to see them leave, we are incredibly proud of the amazing young adults they have become and are excited for all that lies ahead for them. We wish them every happiness, success, and opportunity as they continue their journeys.
Throughout their time with TCM, there has been so much love, laughter, growth, and positivity shared. The relationships built, memories created, and support given are a true reflection of the care, dedication, and compassion shown by everyone across TCM. Every member of the team has played a part in helping these young people feel safe, valued, and loved.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of their journey. The impact you have made will stay with them long after they leave our home, and we hope they always know that they will remain a cherished part of the TCM family.
